Nipun India provides cloud/hosted school management software including fees, attendance, exams, parent communication and related modules. Features depend on your subscription plan.
School responsibilities
Schools are responsible for accuracy of data entered, lawful use of SMS/WhatsApp, and keeping login credentials secure. Staff must use ERP only for official school purposes.
Support & uptime
We provide phone and remote support during business hours with best-effort uptime. Planned maintenance may occur with notice where possible.
Payments
Franchise, subscription and invoice terms are agreed in writing at onboarding. Refunds follow the signed agreement.
